The International Summer Research Program is an eight-week summer program offered by the International Office of the University of Guanajuato. It seeks to provide undergraduate students with an opportunity to gain training and mentorship in scientific research, alongside cultural immersion.

Participants will:

  • Conduct 8 weeks of research under the guidance of a faculty member
  • Participate in cultural activities
  • Meet with peers
  • Present a poster / oral presentation of research results
  • Gain a professional network

Program Dates: June 11–August 1, 2025

It’s refreshing but a little startling having to speak English again. I already made the mistake of saying ‘No Thank You’ in Japanese to my, very Canadian, flight attendant on the trip home. Didn’t even make it an hour. Although my brain quite quickly recovered from the language switch up, Google Ads is still convinced I live in Japan. I think they are trying to take me back there.
