Let the world be your classroom. Combine studies and experience with the excitement of travel! This May, Langara College’s School of Management is organizing a field school to Korea and Thailand where students will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the business and historical culture of both countries.

Instructors Kenneth Wong and Avram Agov will lead students through a 19-day itinerary to South Korea (Seoul) and Thailand (Bangkok), packed full of experiential learning through visits to local businesses, as well as historical and cultural sites.

By visiting various top-ranking universities, including Yonsei, Seoul National, and Korea University in Seoul, and Panyapiwat Institute of Management in Bangkok, the field school offers a glimpse of university life through lectures on campus.

Students will have ample free time to explore each city on their own. Most weekends and evenings will be kept free for your personal adventure. Non-Langara students are welcome to apply.

Dates

May 13-17, 2019: Lectures (mandatory) and pre-departure orientation at Langara

May 19-June 7, 2019: South Korea and Thailand (19 days/18 nights)

Program fee: $2,250 (Fee is subject to fluctuation due to change in itinerary and/or exchange rate)
